If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

Our Return Promise

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect products received
• Incorrect size/design sent due to an error on our part

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or care
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Products purchased during selected promotional or clearance offers, unless defective or incorrectly delivered

How to Request a Return

Please include your:

Order Number + Reason for Return + Clear Photos/Video of the Product

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please do not ship an item back before your return request has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or a short video showing the issue and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by Velvoraa, subject to product availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate alternative resolution.

Return Shipping

For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, Velvoraa will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Returns arising from customer preference or an incorrectly selected size may not qualify for a return or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing or shipping.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
